...yeah, I already gave in and ordered him from EntertainmentEarth. The markup was not horrible, and he was literally the last Xevoz I needed to have a complete set. Plus, I picked up a couple of older kits for spares. So...still kinda depressing, end of an era and all that...but this might be the first toy line that I have literally collected every piece from... <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Same here... and I'd keep collecting every piece if they kept making it... it's really a shame, the line could have been HUGE had they handled it better... Quote:

I honestly don't get what Hasbro has been doing in the past year. The distribution of new products has been beyond horrific, and not just for Xevoz--there are several stores around here still trying to get rid of the first series of Transformers Energon while attempting to make room for Cybertron. GIJoe has been treated like a stepchild and summarily retired in favor of this new anime style, which has absolutely no proven marketability. Not to mention that, currently, there is virtually no Joe product on the market to remind people to care, because they stopped shipping the 3.75 figures to brick and mortar stores but still haven't started shipping the new style.

But theres a shitload of SW stuff on shelves...only a handful of which actually seems to be selling.
Had Hasbro gotten the second and third series of Xevoz out in a timely manner, I think they would have done better. As it was, most of the Spring and Summer there was nothing available but the first series, and it clogged shelves. Transformers can survive a bad few months of poor distribution, but a new toy line simply can't. I think, given the chance, given careful marketing and sensible distribution, the line would've been fine...but oh well.
Ordered my Thunder Shaman last night! I had been checking every day, and then forgot last night... but luckily someone posted a heads up on the WB, so I hurried out there and ordered mine!
That's the main one I wanted always too... although I will admit, Frankenpunker is currently my favorite!
